Millie Correa from ERA E. A. Boniakowski Agency was our real estate agenat for the sale of our property at 310 Nee Market Road in Dunellen. Millie understood my complaints regarding realtors and appreciated my candor and honesty. She was candid and honest with me about the process of selling our home as well as describing the condition of the home to prospective buyers. While disclosure is the law, I insisted on being forthright about any potential issues with the property and Millie respected that position even if it meant earning less on the sale."
I was originally with another realtor who was not able to generate the traffic that Millie was able to generate. Within one week of signing, she had our home advertised in local papers and magazines as well as those that catered to people in other areas of the state that often move into Central New Jersey. By the next week, she had an open house which brought in many, many prospective buyers. She engaged the entire time during the open house showing and talking up the home while one or two other couples were looking at the literature she created. By the next week, we were entertaining offers. We hired her at the end of September and the closing was the first week of December! The only reason that we did not close sooner is that she continued to work the property and brought in buyers with higher and higher offers."

Upon making the decision to sell, we needed some advice with regards to how to prepare our home for sale, most importantly how much money to spend and what repairs were necessary to sell our home quickly and for a competitive price in this housing market. John came to our home to discuss the sale of my house and gave me specific advice on how to prepare my home for sale, how to price it and what repairs were necessary to sell my home quickly. We actually thought we would have to spend a significant amount of money on updating prior to our meeting with John. He advised us not to proceed with some of the updating we were considering, as he felt we would not necessarily get a return on these updates. We took his advice. Our home was posted in July 2009 and within a week we had bidders who were willing to meet our asking price. We closed in September 2009.
